There is an ingeneous bbq set into the old conservatory so you can have a bbq even in a Summer storm. There is also another bbq which can be transported anywhere in the garden.

Villa Pin Napoléon enjoys the privacy of the gardens as well as being on the doorstep to the eventfull town of Monsegur. The town is full of bakeries, bars, great restaurants, ATM banks and a decent super market as well as a very good weekly market and a lively Summer night market.
You enter the house from the street side and are welcomed by a long elegant hallway.
The decor throught the town house is stunning and the attention to detail and design is impecable.
To your left there is a modern and well equipped kitchen with everyting you will need.
The kitchen has a cooker, an electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee making machine with a breakfast bar and stools. There are two fridges and a freezer to fill with all the regional delights from the markets and local producers.
There is ample crockery and glasses for your meals and a good supply of cooking utensils.
The swimming pool is heated throughout the Spring, Summer and Autumn making it pleasurable to swim at any time of day or night.
The pool has built in side steps to enter. The pool is 5 meters wide and 10 meters long with a 1 meter depth in the shallow end and then 2.2 in the deep end.
The pool is alarmed.
The garden and pool faces South so there will allways be a sunny spot to sunbath and the trees are also a welcome break for a lazy afternoon snooze.

This historical monument is a 13th century Romanesque church and has a lovely stained glass window. There are regular Catholic services and the sound of the church bells invites you into town.

There is a large comfortable sofa with a large flat screen TV. There is French and English TV along with plenty of sockets to connect your devices.
This is a great space where you can just simply hang out and watch a film or even have a gaming night.
