All linen is provided including bathroom towels and swimming pool towels. The house is cleaned on changeover days. If a change of sheets and extra cleaning is required this can be arranged at an extra cost.

Maison du Ballandreau is an elegant townhouse in the very popular Bastide town of Monsegur. The house sits proudly on one of the main streets leading into the town square.

Maison du Ballandreau's main entrance is on the streetside. It also has a large arched doorway into the courtyard to the rear of the property which leads into the courtyard garden where there is secured parking for two or three large cars.

From the hallway you lead into the formal living room

The living room is a charming place to congregate filled with antique furniture.

There is an open fireplace for the cooler months of the year.

The room leads through into the dinning room where there is ample seating for family meals.

There is fibre internet through out the house.

On the first floor there is an elegant long hallway with three individual double bedroom suites leading off.

The dinning room has tall elegant windows looking out onto the courtyard. There are also double doors leading on to the abri and courtyard.

There is air conditioning on the ground floor.

In the corner of the room there is a practical kitchen hatch which makes the service from the kitchen to the dining table more interesting.

From the dining room there is a light modern and well equipped kitchen.

The third double bedroom is a spacious suite room of 28sqm with a kingsize bed of 180/200m.

This elegant room has lovely features and period antique furniture as well as solid shutters to ensure a good nights sleep.

The shower room has a wide shower tray with a glazed walll. There is a single pedestal wash hand basin with a WC.

There is a welcoming abri for all your alfresco meals which will be enjoyed by all the of the family.

Off the pool there is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an addtional large fridge and freezer.

There is an outdoor shower by the side of the pool.

You enter the house from the street side and are welcomed by a grand hallway.

The decor throught the town house is elegant and classical.

Maison de Ballandreau enjoys the privacy of the courtyard garden as well as being on the doorstep to the eventfull town of Monsegur.

The town is full of bakeries, bars, great restaurants, ATM banks and a decent super market as well as a very good weekly market and a lively Summer night market.

In the courtyard you are embraced by the magnificence of the house, the garden and swimming pool.

The pool has a great shallow end ideal for infants and kids to play around in the shallow waters. The steps to the pool are immersed in the water and gently lead you down in to the deeper end. The pool is 5 meters wide and 12 meters long.

With a South facing walled courtyard garden you have a secluded suntrap and the swimiing pool water heats up quickly as if it was heated.

From the kitchen there is a lovely ground floor bedroom with an ensuite.

The beds are made as a twin but can be made into a large double.

There is ample wardrobe space as well as a Smart TV.

There is a door leading onto the couryard which is great access for an early mornign swim.

The ground floor bedroom ensuite has a spacious shower, wc, heated towel rail and a sink.

Head back through the living areas and into the entrance hallway.

Alternatively you can use the doors leading onto the courtyard as a fastrack to the halll and to access the other bedrooms on the first and second floors.

Once in the hallway you will find an ingenious door in the curve of the walls that lead you upstairs to the bedrooms on the first floor. Don't be mistaken and walk into the cupboard on the other side!

The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, two dishawashers, gas hob and an oven.

There is a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a machine for filter coffee.

There is plenty of crockery and glassware for your daily meals.

There is also a good supply of cooking utenils and equipment to enjoy practicing your French cuisine.

Along the narrow corridor is the second large bedroom

This second bedroom suite of 24sqm has two period sleigh beds120 /190. These beds are large single beds.

There is an ensuite shower room with a single basin and a glazed shower cubicle.

On the second floor there are three spacious bedrooms.

The first bedroom is 32sqm and has a kingsize bed of 180/200m made from two single beds. There is also an additional single bed for a child. This bedroom can be converted into a triplet room if needed.

The ensuite has a bath with an overhead shower. There are two pedestal wash hand basins and a WC.
