Back into the dining room there is a wooden staircase leading up to the second large double bedroom.  This enchanting room in the eaves has a wonderful light and airy ambiance.  The room has a large double bed with an area with a desk and armchair which also makes an ideal location for a cot bed if needed. With views onto the water sculpture and vistas across the pool and the valley it makes a relaxing bedroom.  The en-suite bathroom has a bath with built in shower, toilet, basin and a heated towel rail.

Across the entrance hall you will find the third bedroom to your right which has a small double bed.

Across the hall there is a modern bathroom which almost acts like an en-suite for the third bedroom but also serves the others on the Mezzanine.

Continue down the corridor into the new-build of the house to the magical master bedroom.  You are welcomed by a stunning installation of a glass wall which comes alive with the sun shining through it.  The room is embraced by french windows that open on to terraces and your bed sits proudly in the centre encompassing all that there is to enjoy. 

All linen is provided including bathroom towels and swimming towels. The house is cleaned on changeover days. If a change of sheets and extra cleaning is required this can be arranged at an extra cost. 

The prices shown on the booking page is for up to 6 guests within the bedrooms.  If you wish to use the mezzanine for further accommodation then an extra charge of £10 per guest per night will be added to the rental cost.

The evolving waterfall and rockery takes pride of place as it shimmers into the pond surrounded by creative landscaping.  The ecological water sculpture meanders through the garden letting you follow it’s journey.  Simply loose yourself with a good book whilst you listen to the water trickling through the rockery.  Ragots Nord has it’s own boules alley a luxury and essential ingredient to french living.

The swimming pool is 10m by 5m with large roman steps and it has a salt system which is wonderful to swim in and kind to your eyes.  There is underwater lighting for an evening dip. There ia a hard cover which if used retains the heat temperatures of the pool.

Beside the pool is a stunning Moroccan outdoor eating area with a great bbq and a kitchenette with a sink, work top and shelves .  It makes the perfect setting for lunches away from the heat of the sun and is also amazing when lit by candles for your evening meals.  Adjacent to the bbq area there is a peaceful Abris which has an opening allowing you to enjoy the vistas to the west.

When entering the property through the hall you approach the open planed dining room leading to a fully fitted kitchen. Off the entrance hall there is a great laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and a storage area.  

The kitchen is equipped with a large family size fridge freezer and a built in ice-maker, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, larger electric oven with a 5 ring gas hob. 

From this room double doors open out onto the South facing terrace with a spectacular panoramic view across the valley.

Walking through the dining area and down the stoned staircase you walk into the large converted barn which is 100sqm of a wonderful open plan living space. 

There is a living area with comfortable armchairs  around a fireplace and a charming antique table football to be enjoyed by the family. There is a TV, DVD player and TNT box allowing you to access a mix of International channels.  There is also fibre wifi Internet access.

This a wonderful social space and will be enjoyed by all the family.

Climb the stunning steel staircase onto the Mezzanine when the owners are at home they allow their grand children to occupy this large open plan space.  There are two areas which can be separated into sleeping quarters with a comfortable double futons and two single beds.  On the other side there is another area with a single bed and a chill out area.  Thus allowing the house to accomodate up to 10 people when  teenagers/children use the 75sqm of Mezzanine.

On one side you have a private pergola where you can get pleasure from the close proximity of the fields and tranquility allowing yourself to wake peacefully before the house becomes alive.
